The viewer participates in an installation/ performance. At rest, a chorus of locust sings while inside a table a video displays a mouth consuming and spitting out receipts. The participant is asked to “Spin for your sin.” The spinning of the helm wheel causes the video in the table to cycle through the seven deadly sins until it rests on the participants’ "sin.” The video in the table switches over to short documentary film telling of an irresistible military force that will sweep the globe and bring devastation to the entire earth. The participant is reassured; there is a remedy. They are handed a pamphlet and a small box with a locust printed on the outside. Inside and sealed in plastic, is a spitball made of receipts saved from financial transaction I made during 2006.
